This is a fictional account of the course my life could have taken, coming of age in the '60s.  I included basic factual details to enhance the story.  It was only as I was writing this tale that the plot evolved to the point where the key elements of war and peace, love and despair, birth and death, melded to form an intriguing arc of a story.

This book is my initial attempt at fiction, self-published, with minimal sales and marketing, but it was a real treat to write.
